Policies and Procedures

By appointment only. 

C4 Hair Design cannot guarantee availability to guests without reservations. To schedule an appointment, please click here. All New Clients will be asked to complete an "New Client Form". 


The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, I am often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial impact to the business.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me, I request 72 HOURS/3DAYS notice. Cancellations with less than 72 HOURS/3DAYS notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services. Should you cancel within 72 HOURS/3 DAYS of your appointment in accordance with the cancellation policy, no fee will be applied.


If you're unable to commit to appointments in advance, I recommend adding yourself to the Wait List. Should an opening in the schedule occur, you will receive an email notification prompting you to reserve that time.


Failure to arrive on time for your service will result in its alteration and will lessen its effectiveness. Please ensure to arrive promptly as I do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and the application of a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service price.

Children without appointments are not permitted as the salon is not a safe or suitable environment for them.

Children are welcome to enjoy services at C4 Hair Design under supervision of their parents or guardian.

To maintain a relaxing, comfortable experience for you, C4 Hair Design politely requests that cell phones be silenced or powered off during our time together.


Client safety and product integrity is important to me, therefore product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 3 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return. 

Regarding services, all sales are final. My thorough consultation procedures are scheduled to allow you plenty of time to communicate your desires and expectations to me as a professional to ensure a favorable service outcome. Should your outcome not match your expectations, a complimentary correction will be performed at our earliest opportunity.

C4 Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


No Pets Allowed.

Exceptions will be made for certified service animals.

Successful service execution requires your full disclosure on client intake forms and during all pre-service consultations. C4 Hair Design will not assume responsibility for any adverse reaction to services rendered when a guest has failed to inform the professional of contraindicating conditions.

In Florida, state law prohibits salon professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with extreme Hair & Skin abnormalities of any kind. Should I as a professional determine that you are ineligible for service, I will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcome to return.
